Job Role Details


- Collaborate with creative content team to develop breakthrough content and unparalleled fan experience

- Direct all FC Cincinnati home games and other events as required

- Design and develop game day and event show content, organising run of show and script writing

- Serve as producer and/or collaborator with the creative teams for all videoboard content production including the video open, in-game features, and other elements

- Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate shoots for all creative/video needs

- Collaborate closely with sponsorship to develop pre-game, in-game and non-game day promotions that maximise the fan experience and sponsorship satisfaction

- Partner with stadium operations to manage technology relationships with videoboard, audio/visual, and other vendors, include the oversight of their workflows and content deliverables

- Collaborate with Engineering and IT to operate in-stadium technology

- Oversee all in-game music and other audio

- Oversee all in-game lighting and other visual effects

- Lead pre-game rehearsals for all elements

- Provide direction to all staff for all activations Manage presentation, control room and staffing support for special events

- Collaborate with internal departments to promote internal initiatives in-stadium

- Represent the club at league and federation events as needed Hiring and management of game day fan experience staff

- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer

Skill Requirements:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to excel in the position:

- Experience managing in-venue control room equipment and production Ability to translate brand guidelines and pillars into the live event space to maximise integration and consistency

- Ability to build relationships and proven track record of high-level collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

- Proven creative ability including, but not limited to, live-event copywriting, production capabilities, and ability to generate new ideas

- Ability to collaborate with fans and supporter groups

- Experienced leader with an ability to motivate game night staff and production team to ensure highest event execution

- Creative and strategic thinker

- Efficient worker who can lead multiple projects and keep all projects on time and budget

- Ability to work both independently and as a team member

- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills, especially interdepartmentally

- Represent the club in ethical and professional manners at all times Knowledge of, and interest in, soccer and sports, as well as pop culture

Experience/Education Requirements:

- 7+ years of professional experience in a related position are required Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in live entertainment production

- Experience managing a game day and event budget Sports experience is preferred

Work Hours:

- In addition to normal business hours, weekend, evening and holiday work will be required as schedule and project workload dictates. Travel, including international, may be required.
