Frail Lands New N. Ireland Role

Sport Careers Agency Elite Candidate Stephen Frail has landed a new job- full-time manager of the Northern Ireland Under 19 and Under 17 teams.
Having spent six years as Head Development Squad Coach at Celtic, 47 year-old Frail has a respected track record of progressing young players.
Frail, also a former First Team Manager at Hearts, takes over from Stephen Craigan and Damien Johnson who have both left to focus on club commitments.
Frail told the Irish Football Association website:
"I'm really excited to be getting involved with Northern Ireland at Under 19 and Under 17 level as both groups are at a very important stage of their development.
"I have spoken with both Michael O'Neill and Jim Magilton on their plans the senior team and the the elite performance pathway and I'm looking forward to working alongside them and the Irish FA's other top coaches to produce the next crop of senior internationals."
