Anthony Hayes

Lead Professional Development Phase Coach

  • Date Joined: 16th September 2020
I have worked in professional football for over ten seasons now in various roles, all with the same single intention of developing and producing exceptional players and people. I have developed a reputation of going above and beyond in my roles to date, continuously reviewing and adapting programmes based on the needs of individual players and being the support they need to maximise their potential. My love of the game was developed in Ireland during my playing days, before becoming fascinated with coaching. My experiences at Brentford and Charlton has allowed me to gain knowledge and experience of a player’s unique journey. It has also shaped many of the values, principles and beliefs I hold on how this game should be taught, learned and played. I consider myself as an exciting, talented and enthusiastic candidate with the ambition of becoming an elite developer in this country at both academy and eventually senior level.
