Calum is a driven young coach and clear point of leadership who is keen to explore new challenges in the game that provide the opportunity to have a visible impact on player development, team success and a club or organisation’s objectives.

Key Achievements
- Promoted eight U17 players into the Edinburgh United first team squad during 2015/16 to drive the club’s long term development, with four of those players going on to become regular members of the first team
- Generated significant funds for Edinburgh United through the development and sale of four players that enabled the club to run for a further two years
- Led Edinburgh United to the last 16 of the Scottish junior cup for the first time in their history before departing in Dec 2016
- Regularly defeated higher tier clubs in cup competitions with Edinburgh United
- Won the 2013/14 Scottish Challenge Cup with Raith Rovers, playing in the final against favourites Rangers at Easter Road
- Won the 2011/12 Lithuanian Football Cup with FK Žalgiris
- Won the 2005/06 Scottish Cup with Hearts
- Won promotion to the Scottish Championship with Alloa in 2012/13 with a second place finish
- Named the Scottish Premiership Young Player of the Month in Dec 2005, Sep 2008 and Apr 2009
- Competed in the UEFA Europa League for both FK Žalgiris (2012/13) and Hearts (2007/08)
- Played in a UEFA Champions League qualifying match for Hearts in 2006/07
- Part of Scotland squads for the 2006 UEFA U19 European Championships and the 2007 FIFA World Cup, helping Scotland reach the final of the U19 Championships for the first team since 1982 against Spain
