Key Achievements
- Led Hibernian U17s to the Supercup NI final 2016 (formerly Milk Cup)
- Helped develop Adam King who was signed by English Premier League team Swansea City for an undisclosed figure - believed to be £175,000 - in the 2013/14 January transfer window after making only three appearances for the Hearts first team
- Helped developed Callum Paterson who was the 2013/14 top goal scorer for Hearts in the SPL and all competitions
- Helped develop other players such as Ryan Porteous, Fraser Murray, Jason Holt, Jamie Walker, Sam Nicholson, Oli Shaw and many more.
