A former professional player who has made the seamless transition into elite youth and first team coaching after representing the likes of Hibernian FC and Inverness Caledonian Thistle through the Scottish leagues - now coaching within Heart of Midlothian’s elite academy to support the training and development of the next generation of talent in the game

Strong communication, leadership and man-management skills underpin an in-depth knowledge of the modern game and the capacity to nurture the skills and development of individual players progression along the pathway to first team football

Fosters a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages players to develop holistically on and off the pitch, applying lessons learned as a professional player to build trust, positive relationships and influence both skills and behaviour.
