Declan Coleman

First Team Coach

  • Date Joined: 23rd June 2018
I am an enthusiastic and forward-thinking UEFA A License football coach, with experience in youth and senior coaching in both professional and community settings. Currently working at Cobh Ramblers FC as a first team coach, I am highly effective as part of a multi-disciplined team driving the coaching and performance of elite players. I possess a track record of nurturing the talent of youth players and supporting their progress to higher age groups through increasingly technical training and an astute approach to people management.

On a more personal level, I consider myself an excellent communicator and engaging leader with the capacity to motivate, inspire and manage people from different backgrounds, helping players develop on and off the pitch. I demonstrate strong planning and organisation skills coupled with a commitment to achieving best practice and ongoing professional development.
