  • Sealed domestic trebles in 2008/09, 2012, 2013 and 2014
  • Led the team to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Women’s Champion League in 2014/15, the last 16 in 2011/12 and the last 32 of the competition in 2012/13, becoming the first Scottish club to reach both the quarter-finals and the last 16
  • There was only 1 recognised international player upon arrival at Glasgow City and the club now contributes 8-13 players on a regular basis to home nation teams
  • Oversaw the establishment of a community youth programme to identify and develop players of all ages with the potential to progress to the Glasgo City first team

  • Led the University of Abertay football team to their first national league championship in 2003/04, with the team also reaching the sem-finals of the 2003/04 BUSA Championship
  • Won the 2004/05 East Region Superleague Championship, the 2002/03 Tayside Premier League Championship, and the 2003/04 Fife & Tayside Cup, North End Challenge Cup and Albert Hershell Tropy with Lochee United
  • Reached the final of the 2005/06 OVD Scottish Cup and Super Cup, the final of the Tayside & North Cup in 2003/04, and were runners-up in the 2002/03 Fife & Tayside Cup with Lochee Unite
  • Cut staff costs and expenses by 50% at Montrose FC as well as signing a more locally based bool of players to improve the club’s sustainability and competitiveness
