- Achieved Category One status within the EPPP at Norwich City FC and three players gained scholarships with the club and are currently playing with the U23s
- Holds a 95% conversion rate of preparing players for the next stage in their development (college program or advancing into senior football) from Norwich City FC
- Emmanuel Machaya signed a semi-professional contract with Lowerstoft Town FC (Step 3) from Norwich City FC
- Seb Bialasik signed a professional contract with Polish side Karpaty Krosno from Norwich City FC
- Finished one point off from achieving a play-off position after reducing the first team budget spent by nearly 50% at Grays Athletic FC
- Three of the Grays Athletic squad were signed to play a higher level of football, Manny Parry to Dover Athletic FC, Freddie Ladapo to Southend FC & Connor Gough to Canvey Island FC
- Part of the Dereham Town coaching team that won back to back Norfolk Senior Cup titles
- Produced 10 players from Dereham Town’s youth set-up that went on to play for the first team
- Achieved Downham Town’s best win percentage compared to the previous 15 years, playing with the club’s youngest ever squad
