A strong and confident communicator who can connect with players by using own experience to build rapport, and as a result uses this skill to identify players’ individual needs on and off the pitch to ensure their steady development.

Graeme is a diligent and self-driven professional whose coaching philosophy is based on teaching solid fundamentals, improving technique, and sharpening both game awareness and the technical and tactical side of a player’s game.
