I am highly motivated, with over 6 years of experience coaching in professional football, community sports programmes, education sector and also builduing strong positive relaitionships with key partners, participants and organisations. I posses a huge passion for football and sport in general. But more so, I like to give back and pass on the knowledge, helping the next generation, which is the reason why I am involved in a local grassroots football club. Being a Youth Engagement Officer for SOUL FC allows me to stay in touch with the community, allow access for all walks of life and promote equality in participation.

As a young person with great practical skills, I believe I have also good communication, written skills and others have commented on my imaginative creativity to solve problems and tasks. On previous occasions I have added much creativity and different ways of doing things, which has become more effective. Such as taking an active initiative to working with a diverse and more creative community, by working at unsocial hours to engage more young people. I am always looking at how to add value to the role and be creative by using more tools and engaging more people in my role.

I am self motivated, organised, like to plan ahead and have the ability to use my own initiative when required. I am easy to approach and can build an effective working relationship with parents and staff. Display the ability to turn weaknesses into strengths and potential into action.

Furthermore, I have the ability to work in a team effectively and efficiently, understanding roles and responsibilities. I have the willingness to develop and strengthen the organisation as well as developing and progressing myself. I pay attention to detail when delivering sessions and carrying out duties, therefore I ensure my timekeeping skills are strong.

I have attained relevant qualifications, such as FA coaching Level 2 and PTLLS level 3. I’ve also been accepted a grant for the UEFA B Coaching Course.

I am always willing to undertake further training, CPD’s and to learn new things and strategies. I know that I will be able to fulfil what is expected of me and I can even go beyond what is expected.   • One of twenty out of 200 trialists to have been selected for the Football Academy Programme at Barking Abbey and achieved the following:
