Currently applying lessons learned in the game to oversee the learning and development of Arsenal FC’s Academy goalkeepers - personally coaching players from U18 to U23 level, supporting the continual improvement of the club’s youth strategy, and helping multiple teams achieve league and cup success both domestically and internationally.

Key Achievements
- Finished 2nd in the Professional U21 Development League Division 2 with Arsenal in 2015/16 to earn promotion to Division 1, as well as reaching the semi-finals of the FA Youth Cup, and winning the Durban U19 International Tournament and the U17 Future Cup
- Finished 2nd in the Professional U18 Development League South Division with Arsenal in 2016/17, as well as winning the Durban U19 International Tournament in South Africa
- Currently working with talented young players such as Joao Virginia (U20 player and member of Portugal’s 2016 Olympic squad) and Hugo Keto (Finland international), as well as supporting 1st team goalkeepers Petr ?ech, David Ospina and Emiliano Martínez
- Won the 2016 FA Women’s Cup with Arsenal and finished 3rd in the FA WSL in consecutive seasons in 2015 and 2016
- Coached 15 talented young goalkeepers on a one to one basis through a self-owned clinic to improve their capabilities, with 12 of these players having since been signed by professional clubs
- Two goalkeepers coached within the Millwall Academy were called up to the England national team for their age group, giving a total of three England internationals in the club’s U13 - U16 age group while coaching at the club
