I volunteer my time across several roles at a grassroots club but have a very strong desire go to the next level and help contribute to the development of the national future game whilst also self-developing, reflecting and assessing my own experiences and coaching progression.
I am a driven self-motivating individual that works well either in a team or as an individual both with self-determination for targeted success.
Outside of football I come from a strong, successful & long serving sales background with adidas UK Ltd and have spent the majority of my sales working career in the national key account environment. As such I am used to presenting to large & small groups as well as on a 1 to 1 basis, to all levels, eg buyer, merchandiser, director chairman & owner.
I am comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point and I fully embrace the use of new technology in my coaching and demonstrate this via the software and apps that I use for coaching and on matchdays with iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air.
I am an open minded individual that is willing to embrace change and new ideas whilst being unafraid of challenging the status quo in a constructive and solution based way.
