I am a highly ambitious and dedicated UEFA A Licence Coach who possesses a proven track record in managing the performance and driving the development of elite youth players and I am proficient in designing coaching programmes and syllabuses .

As a forward thinking Coach, I have established an exceptional record of achievements and experience within elite Academies in English football and I focus on the full technical, tactical and mental development of players.

Furthermore I am a mentorship figure and leader who motivates players to fulfil their potential and progress along the development pathway and I can play a key role within a multi-disciplined management set-up. I am also committed to Continuous Professional Development.

Playing Career:

I commenced playing career at Torquay United FC and then had a 16-year career as a professional or semi-professional representing clubs including Bristol City FC, Yeovil Town FC, Newport County FC, Bath City FC and Salisbury City FC.

Player Development:

Ben House: Striker coached and developed at Aldershot Town FC prior to move to Reading FC. Scotland U21 international.

Brian Galach: Striker coached and developed at Aldershot Town FC prior to move to Crawley Town FC.

Devon Arnold: Progressed through the Academy to first team at Yeovil Town FC. Now at Chelsea FC.

Flynn Clarke: Attacking midfielder who progressed through the Academy to the first team at Peterborough United FC.

Ronnie Edwards: Academy graduate at Barnet FC who represented the first team. Now at Peterborough United FC.
