A highly driven and professional community football coach, with a strong level of experience in coaching and developing people as young as U2, right through to senior football - comfortable at grassroots standard to elite level, likes to focus on individual improvements in players and other coaches that can in hand enhance overall team performances.

Possesses experience coaching in elite football with Scunthorpe United FC, having spent 3 years within the academy setup as a Development Phase Coach under the guidance of Paul Harsley, Tony Mee and Andy Dawson amongst others.

More recently combined coaching and mentoring at City in the Community (Early Years, Girls and Disability) with managing in women’s football with West Didsbury & Chorlton Women - initially as Development Team Manager, winning the club’s first ever league title in 2019. Promoted to First Team Manager ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.

  • Developed 6 players who transferred into West Didsbury & Chorlton Women’s 1st team throughout 2018/19 season, progressing from Step 8 into Step 5 in the Women’s Football League Pyramid
  • ESFA U16 Girls National Cup Semi Finalists - 2018/19 Season
  • Promoted to Lead Coach and Mentor on CITC City Girls Young Leaders Programme in 2019, developing future coaches out of our existing participants.
  • Developed two girls PAN disability teams on the One City programme, expanding the number of regular participants over 200%.
  • Leading the ongoing growth of the women’s and girls section at West Didsbury & Chorlton FC, with a wildcats centre started in 2020 and a vision of developing a minimum of 1 junior girls team per season.
