Community Coach

  • Date Joined: 13th July 2017
I am currently studying to be a UEFA B Licenced Coach, and Development Team Manager with West Didsbury & Chorlton Women in the Greater Manchester Women’s Football League Division One throughout the 2019/20 season. The team were crowned champions of the GMWFL Division 2 in April 2019.

I have been working in football since 2013. I have coaching experience in open age in both Men’s and Women’s football, as well as working in the Youth Development Phase (11-18 Years) for both boys and girls also at Academy level.

Since working at City in the Community from May 2018, I have been working mainly on the CityPlay programme - coaching children between the ages of 2 to 5 within schools and private nurseries. Alongside this, I have been coaching on the OneCity Disability programme, coaching both juniors and open age participants with disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, Visual Inpairments, Amputees and Downs Syndrome. Finally, I also work on the CITC BTEC programme, coaching BTEC students and working alongside them on matchdays.
