Paul Stephenson

UEFA A Licensed Football Coach & Manager

  • Date Joined: 14th March 2017
Paul is a highly experienced football coach who has established a strong track record in the game since retiring from a successful 17 year professional playing career. Working with clubs competing at different levels of English and Scottish football has exposed Paul to various methods of team building, player development and creating a positive club environment that he has combined to form his own perspective on management and coaching in modern football.

Initially overseeing the transition of young talent into senior football - including several current Premier League and Championship players - Paul has since excelled at first team level, notably as a key part of the Huddersfield Town FC team that went 43 games unbeaten. Most recently the U20 Head Coach at Kilmarnock FC, he is now keen to explore new opportunities at an elite level that provide scope to positively impact a club’s performance and direction while continuing his own progression.
