Passionate about sports and football, I had the opportunity to start my early career playing football before discovering my true passion, coaching, and working in a Football Club. Since 2011, I have trained football teams in Spain and the United States, and I have been involved in Youth Development Programs in some of these clubs. In my last two experiences in two North American academies, I have been working as a Program Manager and Coordinator as well. These roles have given me a broad perspective of all the aspects to develop in a Club. Also, I worked for four years, as a Youth Academy Coach, in a Spanish Professional Football Club at Club Gimnastic de Tarragona.

During my football coach career, I have developed leadership and organizational skills. As a leader, I managed several academy teams motivating players to reach their higher potential. As an effective communicator, I mentored new club coaches and set team values to encourage teamwork and dedication to reach common goals. As a persuasive manager, I convinced players to sign for the club I represented and defined a new communication process between coaches and players’ families. As an analytical thinker, I created specific training plans targeted to develop key players’ skills based on matches and training reviews.

Simultaneously, I studied two Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Finance. I completed a Master’s Degree in Sports Management, giving me a broad perspective of clubs and sports companies’ structure, as well as specific knowledge on sports events, targeted marketing, and sports facilities management.

I am looking to continue impacting people through the great values that sport promotes.
