TESTIMONIALS:

“I have known Ross since 2015 and have had the pleasure of seeing him evolve and develop as a coach. He is a keen learner and is always aiming to become better. I have coached at the highest levels of senior women’s football in the UK and held roles as the Youth National Team Coach with Scotland and in my time in the game, I came to appreciate how extremely rare it is for coaches at academy level to always strive for excellence and willing to improve in every moment but Ross has worked tirelessly to reach the level he is currently at.” - Kevin Murphy: Academy Manager (Girls) & Women’s First Team Assistant Coach, Rangers Women FC

“Ross has worked at Ranger FC as lead under 19s performance coach for 3 years within the Women’s and Girls’ programme. Ross works with many international players who represent Scotland at U16 and U17. He is hard working and committed, with a passion for learning and development. Ross always goes above and beyond to ensure that it is a positive environment for the players. He always wants to learn, develop, and grow both on and off the pitch.” - Amy McDonald: Women’s & Girl’s Football Manager, Rangers FC Women

“I have known Ross professionally for over 4 years, having both coached against him and with him. During my time as Academy Manager at Celtic Football Club our teams played against Ross on numerous occasions. His teams were tactically very strong and his mannerism and professionalism on a game day was of an extremely high standard. Ross worked with me with the Scottish FA, coaching some of the best young female players in the central belt of Scotland. He delivered technical and tactical sessions, appropriate for players who had national team experience and playing within some of the most elite clubs in the country.” - Edward Gallagher: General Manager, London City Lionesses
