  • Worked with and contributed to the development of a number of elite youth players who have went on to compete professionally at a higher level throughout Russia including Aleksandr Rudenko & Vyacheslav Grulyov
  • Led the Russia U17 National team to a 1st place finish in the European Championship Qualifying Rounds in Belarus in October 2015
  • Won the Miljan Miljanic Memorial Tournament in Serbia in June 2015
  • Won the Youth Toto Cup in Austria in August 2015
  • Won the International Dynamo Tournament (featuring all the Dynamo clubs) in Kiev in October 2012 with FC Dynamo Moscow
  • Built a high-performance team at FC Dynamo Moscow with a forward-thinking style of play, a team that went on to win the U15 Nike World Cup in Manchester a few months following Sergey’s departure
  • Won the Russian Championship of the Secondary Division with the U17 team at Sportakademklub Moscow FC in 2007.
