I am an accomplished and experienced Physiotherapist and Sports Therapist who has cultivated a portfolio of achievements in elite professional football as Head Physiotherapist with AFC Bournemouth and Assistant Physiotherapist with Millwall FC.

As a forward-thinking and proactive medical professional, I utilise various technical skills including dry needling, functional fascial taping, manipulations, mobilisations, muscle energy techniques to design and administer treatments to elite athletes.

I am a visible leader and mentorship figure for colleagues who is highly experienced in developing and growing the physiotherapy department at AFC Bournemouth and has enhanced expertise through attainment of a Master’s degree.

  • AFC Bournemouth: Performed a lead role in the expansion and development of the club’s medical department from one physiotherapist to a medical team of 11 medical practitioners
  • AFC Bournemouth: Contributed to the AFC Bournemouth’s progression from EFL League Two, securing three promotions in six years, to win a place in the top tier of English football, the Premier League, for the first time in the club’s history
  • AFC Bournemouth: The club remained in the Premier League for five consecutive seasons
  • AFC Bournemouth: During the 2008/09 season the club started on minus 17 points following administration and due to the small size of the squad were unable to name a full bench of substitutes, therefore I was responsible for managing the fitness and load
  • AFC Bournemouth: Have been involved in over 700 league and cup matches during long association with AFC Bournemouth
  • Millwall FC: 2003/04 FA Cup finalists, qualifying for European club competition - the UEFA Cup - for the first time in the club’s history
