Key Achievements
- Built a highly competitive team at Kalyani Bharat FC with minimal preparation time, overcoming many challenges to lead the first team on to beat their rivals - Pune FC - in the local derby and the league’s Champions and biggest club - Mohun Bagan FC.
- Guided Mansfield Town to promotion to League One in May 2002.
- Worked alongside Phil Brown, Brian Horton, Nigel Pearson, Craig Shakespeare, Nick Barmby and Steve Wigley during tenure at Hull City FC
- Made a positive and tangible impact on the development of a large number of young players into established professional footballers, such as Ryan Bennett (England U21), Liam Lawrence (Senior Rep. of Ireland), Alex Baptiste and many more.
- At Hull City helped develop players such as Tom Cairney (Scotland U21), Will Atkinson, Liam Cooper, Nick Featherstone and Mark Cullen who all progressed to the Premier League
